There will be a self-guided gallery walk with receptions Saturday 4pm – 7pm, art demonstrations, food trucks, printmaking market and more. It will be an exciting weekend!

LAS will feature two exhibitions:
BOUND. This juried handmade print exhibition addresses the basic principles of human connections.
Jurors Chip Thomas and Thea Gahr chose some amazing works by 30 artists.
Saints, Superheroes, and the Demonized. Printmaking by Marco Sánchez
Reception Friday Oct. 8th 4 pm – 8pm
Chip and Thea will do a gallery talk at 4pm. Marco will speak about his work at 5:30
LAS will be open 11 am – 7 pm on Saturday and 10 am – 3 pm on Sunday
Saturday 4 pm – 6pm the Southwest Women’s Fiber Arts Collective will conduct demonstrations in the sculpture garden.
Plus – The Silver City Art Association is holding our Silent Auction Annual Fundraiser! 22 artists have created Ravens and Gila Monsters for the Silent Auction. You can view the creatures now at participating galleries in downtown Silver. All of the works will be together in the Association’s booth on Oct. 9th at the Maker’s Market, 7th and Bullard Streets, from 10am to 3pm.
