Wire We Here?
Come and spend an exciting day of collaboration—and learn to create with baling wire.

We will spend the day designing with wire based on a common theme—agreed upon in the morning of the event. All the work at the end of the day will become part of a larger installation. After photos, each student can take home their fun creations.  We will work outside, weather permitting.

Instructor Bio:

Artist and instructor Joel Armstrong has been using baling wire as a drawing medium for over 20 years, creating large interactive installations and freestanding art pieces. He is new to Silver City and recently retired after 15 years of teaching all facets of art at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.  Joel is represented by Light Art Space.
