Dancing with Tradition

Opening reception on Friday, December 5th, from 5 – 7 pm.

Susan’s work is an homage to traditional clothing from various cultures, utilizing less traditional fibers and dyes to create more modern garments.  The inspiration for the pieces displayed here comes from the indigenous cultures of the Southern Americas and East Asia, thus honoring their traditions.
