Exquisite Corpse Print/Book Workshop, October 13th, 2019

Printing an Exquisite Corpse Book:

In this super fun workshop you will make a handprinted accordion book of Exquisite Corpse prints created by all the workshop participants. The Exquisite Corpse is a collaboratively formed image of a “head”, “body”, and “legs” based on early 20th Century Surrealism. The idea is simple and spontaneous and the results are usually surprising and wonderful.

No prior printmaking or bookmaking experience needed. You will learn to carve, print and edition a relief print. After the class has exchanged their prints, you will assemble the prints into an accordion book to take home.

All supplies included.
11am – 4pm
