SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All entries must be made in the last 3 years by residents of Grant County, New Mexico. Submitted images do not have to depict Grant County. All forms of photography are welcome.
Work must be ready to hang when delivered.

SALES
Sales are encouraged but artwork need not be for sale. Light Art Space will retain a 40% commission on any artwork sold. The sale price on the entry form must include commission and cannot be changed after acceptance. All artwork will remain in the exhibition through March 13th, 2021.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Light Art Space will ensure all works from the time of arrival and inspection at LAS until it is picked up by the artist/shipping company for its return. We will exercise all due care in handling artwork, but will not be held responsible for loss or damage or replacement in transit and will not be responsible for pursuing claims with carriers. LAS reserves the right to refuse upon arrival any work that does not match the image or meet hanging criteria or is of unacceptable quality. LAS will not insure pieces damaged due to faulty wiring, framing, or bases of unstable nature. In the event of a claim, the artist must be prepared to provide information relating to a value such as cost of materials, time invested in previous sales, and exhibition records.
